By downloading or using ThemeIt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
All purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit 2. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's standard refund policy. Once purchased, themes are available on your device as long as the app is installed.
Themes on ThemeIt are created by independent designers. ThemeIt grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased themes on devices associated with your Apple ID. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer theme assets.
Creators are responsible for ensuring their themes do not infringe third-party intellectual property. ThemeIt reserves the right to remove content and revoke creator access at any time.
ThemeIt is provided "as is." We make no warranties about availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
